3. License

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to use, modify, and deploy the purchased Products for your own personal or business use. You may use them in unlimited projects for yourself or your organization.

You may not: redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the Products (in original or modified form) as standalone templates, packs, or competing products. Sharing your download link or files with others is prohibited.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us at support@agentkit.today within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. After 30 days, refunds are at our discretion.

5. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. The price at the time of your purchase is the price you pay.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered instantly via download link after successful payment. You can re-access your purchases at any time through our downloads page using the email address you used at checkout. We also send download links via email.

7. Updates

Purchased Products include lifetime access to updates. We may update or improve Products at our discretion. Updates are provided free of charge for the Products you have purchased.

8. Disclaimer

Products are provided as workflow templates and configuration files. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, or results from using them. Some workflows require third-party services (such as API keys) which have their own costs and terms. You are responsible for your own use of the Products and compliance with applicable laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentKit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Product in question.

10. Intellectual Property

All Products, branding, and website content are the intellectual property of AgentKit. Your purchase grants you a usage license, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
